MarkingYourFavoriteStyles
Whenyouhavefoundastylethatyouwillwanttouseinthefuture,clickthecheckboxtotheleftofittomarkitasafavorite.All
stylesthataremarkedasfavoritesappearintheOutputStylessubmenuoftheEditmenu,andthestylesmenuonthetoolbar.
Thisgivesyoueasyaccesstothestylesyouusemostoften.Allstylescanbemodifiedtomeetyourspecifications.Youcan
alsocreatecompletelynewstylesifnecessary.
ToaddastyletotheOutputStylessubmenuontheEditmenu:
1. FromtheEndNotemenu,selectOutputStylesandthenselectOpenStyleManager.
2. Findthestylethatyouneed.
3. Clickintheboxtotheleftofthestyle'snametochooseitasoneofyourfavorites.
4. ClosetheStyleManagerbyclickingtheclosebuttonorselectingCloseStyleManagerfromtheFilemenu.
Toselectawholecategoryofstylesasfavorites,clicktheFindbyCategorylistintheStyleManagerwindow,selectthecat-
egoryofinterest,andthenclickMarkAllwhenallofthestylesforthatcategoryaredisplayed.ClicktheFindbyCategorylistand
