Thisfeatureallowsforin-homeorremoteaccesstoyourgeneratorsetthroughawebpage.
NOTICE
AnInternetbrowser(i.e.,InternetExplorer)isrequiredforthisoption.
Onthisweb page,youcan startorstopthe generatorset,adjusttheexerciser day and time,
determineifutilitypowerisavailableandviewthelast20events/faultsonthegeneratorset.
Thisfeatureisusefulforhomeownerswhotravelorhaveasecondhomeandwanttobeableto
remotelyinterfacewiththeirgeneratorset.Thisfeaturecanalsohelptoreducetroubleshooting
timeandservicecallswhentheservicetechnicianhasaccesstothesamewebpage.
UseoftheEthernetisnotrequiredifyoudonotusewebaccess.Tosetupyourgeneratorset
for web access, complete installation instructions are included in the Network k Setup p Guide
instructionsheet,includedwithyourgeneratorsetliteraturepackage.
TheInternet/EmailInterfacecanmakethesamefault,maintenanceandeventnoticesavailable
toyouandtoyourgeneratorsetservicecontractagencywithappropriateInternetServiceand
emailaccount.
