Chapter 2: Viewing and Printing Files
You are given details about the format of the file, the date and time it was created and
modified and the size of the file. Additionally, you are presented with the DOS name
and location of the file.
When viewing a file, you can either print the entire file or a selected portion. If you
would like to print the entire file, click <Print> and Conversions Plus will print the file
as you see it on your screen. To print a selection, highlight the portion of the file you
wish to print and select <Print>.
You can choose to convert file(s) by selecting the file(s) and clicking <Convert>. The
steps you will encounter when converting a file are the same as the ones described in
Chapter 1, "Using and Converting Files".
From the View Window, you can launch the file being viewed in the program it was
created in, assuming you have the program on your machine. To do this, simply click
Viewing Attachments Received in Microsoft Outlook, Outlook
Express or Exchange Mail
Conversions Plus can view the contents of any attachment received in Microsoft
Outlook, Outlook Express or Exchange Mail. If you receive attachments through any
of these mail packages, you can quickly view the contents of these files by simply
right-clicking on the attachments and selecting "Quick View".
