AMultipointobjectconsistsofanumberofpointsthathavebeengroupedintoasingleobject.The
MultipointobjectdisplaysinaBrowserwindowasasinglerecord,andallthepointswithintheobject
havethesamesymbol.Onemethodyoucanusetocreateamultipointobjectistoselectagroup
ofpointobjectsandcombinethem.
ACollectionobjectconsistsofmultipointobjects,zerooronepolylineobjects,andzerooroneregion
objectsthathavebeengroupedintoasingleobject.
MapInfoProautomaticallyconvertshomogeneousCollectionobjectstoamorespecifictype,for
example,aCollectionobjectthatcontainsonlypolylinesisautomaticallyconvertedtoamulti-polyline
object.
