Font Embedding (FONTEMBEDDING)
Fonts used in the original document may optionally be embedded in the PDF File. PDF files
with fonts embedded allow them to be displayed with the same fonts as the original
document, even on computers that do not have those fonts installed. If fonts are not
embedded, then the document font must be installed on the computer, otherwise the fonts
in the PDF will be substituted with the closest font to the original which is resident on the
computer(See Figure26–PDFSettings). Depending on your needs, you would enable
or disable font embedding. For situations where not all fonts will be located on a computer
viewing the PDF, it is suggested to enable all font embedding. However, font embedding
increases the size of the document, so if a minimal file size is required, you would disable
The Font Embedding property will be automatically enabled. To disable Font
Embedding, multi-language fonts must also be disabled.

Enables/Disables Partial Font Embedding. Partial Font

PDF. This reduces the size of the PDF document
significantly. (Only applicable to MULTILANGUAGEFONTS)
