When you receive a document for review,
you get an email with the PDF file attached.
When you open the attached PDF file,
Acrobat recognizes that it’s part of a review
and adds an extra toolbar to the top of the
. This toolbar has
brief instructions as to what to do with the
file and a Send Comments button.
To review a PDF document:
1. Open the PDF file attached to the notifi-

When the reviewer clicks Send Comments,
Acrobat provides a chance to alter the return
email’s subject and message texts.
