Sorting is conducted in a List view where the attributes of a file, email, Bookmark,
keyword search etc. are displayed in the relevant columns.
To sort by a single column:
Double click on the column heading, e.g. ͞Filename͟. An arrow will appear
showing the direction of the sort.
Double click again on the column heading to reverse the sort:

The same single column sort result can be achieved by right clicking on the
column and in the drop down menu select ͞ Sorting > Sort Ascending
[columname]͟ or ͞Sort Descending [columname]͟:
To sort by multiple columns using the CTRL key:
Double click on the first column heading, e.g. ͞Filename͟. An arrow will
appear showing the direction of the sort. Double click again on the column
heading to reverse the sort;
Hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard;
Double click on the second column heading, e.g. ͞Filename͟. A double arrow
will appear to indicate that it is the second column in the sort.
Continue to add columns to the sort by following steps 1 to 3 above.

A multi column sort can also be achieved by right clicking on the column heading:
Select the ͞Sorting > Sort Multi olumn…͟ menu item, shown below:
