Twain Scanning in Web Document Viewer

This page provides detailed information for scanning images & documents in RasterEdge Web Document Viewer. Before you scanning images in Web Document Viewer, make sure that you have install RasterEdge Twain Scanner to your Web Document Viewer. Acquire Image

Go to the toolbar:

Select "Load" to acquire images from local folders, scanners and digital cameras;
Select "Acquire to DIB" to acquire images from the currently selected Data Source to a DIB handle;
Select "Acquire to File" to acquire images from the currently selected Data Source to a file.

Scanning Mode

Go to the toolbar:

Activate "Duplex" to enable the duplex scanning mode;
Activate "Auto Scan" to enable the automatic scanning mode;
Activate "Transfer" to enable the transfer mode.

Acquire Image Information

Go to the toolbar:

Click "Get Compression" to return the current image compression used by the selected twain source;
Click "Get Size" to return the current size, include width & height;
Click "Get DPI" to return the current resolution in Dot per inch of the selected scanner;
Click "Get Rotation" to return the current rotation to apply to the scanned image data prior to transfer.
