How Teachers and Administrators Access
Student SSO Account Credentials
Student Single Sign-On (SSO) accounts are used to access IBTP computer-based tests. Student SSO
accounts were created in mass for all students enrolled as of 8/28/2015. If a student enrolled after that
date, their student SSO account must be created individually before they will be able to take an IBTP
test. See the How to Create Student SSO Account document on the Student Assessment & Research
Department website for further information.
Teachers may view their students’ SSO account usernames and passwords via the Student Access
Report available on their SSO Home page under the Dashboards & Reports header in order to assist
their students with logging into IBTP tests. School leadership and district staff that have the appropriate
SSO roles may also view the Student Access Report.
The Student Access Report is the only place to get the correct student logins for IBTP testing. It is
recommended that you export the Student Access Report to Word and then change the font so that
similar letters like upper case I and lower case l and zero and O can be distinguished. The student
usernames and passwords are complex and printing the Student Access Report in a font that will enable
your students to distinguish between similar letters and numbers will help them login successfully.
