In the Combine Files dialog window click the Add files… button then click
Add files to select the files you want to add.

If you need to rearrange the order in which your files will be combined,
select the file you want to move and click the Move Up or Move Down
buttons.

If you need to select specific pages of a document to combine, select the
document and click Choose Pages. Select Pages and type in the page
numbers you would like to include. Click OK.

Once you have added all the files you want, click on the Combine Files
button. It may take a few minutes to merge these files into a single PDF.
Once you combine files into a single PDF you will not be able to edit any
existing page numbers. Before combining files into a single PDF it is best to
delete any page numbers and then add page numbers later.
