sorted making it easier to identify the folder (Index) location where the document is to be indexed.
Retain Folder Fields Option
A Retain Folder Fields Option was added on the Indexing Fields panel. In the past a global setting
was used. Now individual users may control if and when they need Folder level indexing values to
remain between document/batch saves.
Retain Document Fields Option
A Retain Document Fields Option was added on the Indexing Fields panel. In the past a global setting
was used. Now individual users may control if and when they need Document level indexing values to
remain between document/batch saves.
Export Browse Search Results
An export option has been added to the Browse Search Results allowing users to export the results
to an .xls or a .cvs file. Exporting is as easy as highlighting the rows to be exported, right mouse
click anywhere in the grid, select the file type and location to be saved. This may also be
accomplished by highlighting the rows, Ctrl + C, then Ctrl + V into an Excel spreadsheet.
Expanding Folders in Browse Mode
In the past, users needed to right mouse click and select Refresh to expand the folder to the next
level. Users can now double mouse click on a folder to expand its contents.
Reset Layout Icon
The Reset Layout Icon has been replaced with an icon that better reflects its purpose.
Features of ID:webArchive Version 3.4:
Along with our Click-once deployment, we now have an add-in Thin Client component for the
application. With the Thin Client component, the user will be able to retrieve documents, make data
value changes on documents and perform workflow duties.
Users will now have the ability to route multiple documents within a given workflow queue
simultaneously within Thin Client version. This routing will utilize the automated routing rules in place
for the documents selected.
3.4 now has an Environment Setting, Auto Login, that will synchronize the user accounts with
Windows Active Directory login accounts. This enables users logged into the domain a single sign
on.
An auto log out Environment Setting, Inactivity Logout Minutes, has been added that will log a
user out of the application after the specified number of minutes of inactivity.
An Environment Setting, Use Active Directory Login, that if set to true requires their AD login and
