Groupingpages
Youcangrouppagesinafile.ThisenablesyoutofindaparticulargroupquicklyinthePageSorter,
andthendisplayitspages.Thisisusefulwhentherearealotofpagesinafile.
Tocreateoreditagroup

2. Pressthefirstgroup’smenuarrow,andthenselectEditPageGroups.
Allthegroupsandpagesforthecurrentfilearedisplayed.Groupsappearasbluebarsand
pagesappearasthumbnails:

Ifyoucreatedandeditedthegroupsinthisfile,thepagesappearunderthebluebars
youcreatedandrenamed.
o
Ifyouhaven’teditedthegroups,adefaultgrouptitledGroup1appearsandincludesall
ofthepagesandtheirthumbnailsbelowitsbluebar.
NOTE
Thumbnailsbeloweachbluebarincludethesamemenuarrowoptionsasthumbnailsinthe
PageSorter.Thisenablesyoutopressathumbnailinagroup,selectitsmenuarrow,and
thendeletethepage,clearthepage,insertanewpage,clonethepage,renamethepage,
addaScreenShadetothepageoraddthepagetotheGallery.
3. PresstheAddNewGroupbuttonintheupper-rightcorner.
Anewgroup,withanew,blankpage,appears.
