Moving a Shared Notebook
This is something that should be avoided at all costs.
Moving a shared notebook can cause syncing issues,
misplaced sections, lost information and irate users.
The best way to avoid having to do this, is to ensure that
you store any new Notebooks you plan to share in the
correct shared location at the time of creation.
If despite doing this, you end up having to relocate a
shared Notebook, here is the best way to do so.
Step 1: Creating a New Notebook
The first thing you need to do, is create a new Notebook
in the location where the shared Notebook needs to be

When you’re ready to move the contents of the shared
Notebook to their new location, launch OneNote twice
so that you have two open OneNote windows.
Open the shared Notebook in one window and open
the newly created Notebook in the second window.
